- What are your showroom hours?
- April 1st through October 31st We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. November 1st through December 31st We are open Monday Through Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. January 1st through March 31st We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. During this time period, the showroom will be closed on weekends. Please call to schedule a convenient meeting time so that we may better service your rental needs.
- What are your hours of delivery?
- General deliveries are scheduled within a four hour window: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Additional charges will apply for narrow time frames, long equipment carry or other labor-intensive deliveries. Sunday, Holiday, and after hour deliveries and pick-ups will incur additional charges.
- What if we wish to add more equipment or change an order after hours?
- Please call our office at 505-344-9907 and leave a message, a customer service representative will return your call the following business day. If you need to add to or change an order that is scheduled for the next business day please call our emergency number at 800-866-5082. This number is for emergencies only.
- What if we have an after hours emergency with an order that as already been delivered?
- For event emergencies, during non business hours, call 800.866.5082 and leave a detailed message concerning your rental order. A Classic Party Rentals staff member will return your call promptly.
- Do your crews set up the equipment?
- Classic Party Rentals staff will set up and strike tenting, staging, and dance floor. Classic Party Rentals will set tables and chairs for an additional fee. Arrangements must be made in advance for this service.
- What should we do with dishware before we return it?
- Please scrape food from plates and rinse. Please place all dishware into the designated crates in which they were delivered.
- Do you rent tents?
- Classic Party Rentals has clear and white canvas tents, ranging in size from 10’ x 10’ to 100’ x 500’. Please call for a price quote. An Event Consultant can meet you at your home or event venue to help determine the appropriate tenting solution. This is a free service Classic Party Rentals provides.
- How many glasses and cocktail napkins do I need per guest?
- Allow for 3 glasses and cocktail napkins per person for a cocktail party.
